This is video editing and screen recording software if you are not familiar with it. I have produced several videos that I have saved on my computer and have imported these into Camtasia. I want to produce one long video using various clips by piecing them together. I have been having a royal nightmare trying to figure out my screen resolutions etc.
No matter what I do, when I play a video within Camtasia, it is too slow. The video is too slow in relation to the audio part.
I called customer support a couple of times to no success. However, the last time they recommended I adjust my screen resoulution.
